Today I sat and looked at my todo list for a full ten minutes before I moved . A bit of overwhelm and anxiety can come about when you don’t have a plan for your day . If you are finding having a general list of things to do for the day isn’t cutting it , try outlining your day in time blocks the night before to clear your head of having to choose when to do each task .

Creating a plan AND the process for executing is a great way to become more effective with your time and your energy . When you know what you need to do , how to do it and when , all that’s left is to do . That’s how you execute !
